With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacci J. Modrzewski (Stevens Point, Wisconsin), who passed away on February 23, 2020 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father-in-law John Modrzewski; and her grandparents, Peter, Mattie Jankowski (Glodowski), Joseph and Dorothy Raflik (Shuda).
She is survived by: her parents, Patrick Raflik and Kathleen Raflik (Jankowski); her daughter Taylor Modrzewski; her husband Steve Modrzewski; her siblings, Amy Helton (Tom), Julie Jaworski (Rob), Jenny Konkol (Steve), Tom Raflik (Tanya Frederick) and Melinda Krebsbach (Ray); and her parents-in-law, Denise Griswold (Mike), Nathan Modrzewski (Lydia), Danielle Collins (Kyle) and Danette Stiteley (Todd). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for Taylor's future education.
