He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Phillips and Lillian Phillips (Borchardt); his wife Viola Gollon; his son-in-law Gary Clark; and his siblings, Mildred Guzman (Emil), Joe Phillips (Shirley), Delores Beicher (Jack) and Paul Phillips (Barbara).
He is survived by: his children, Joan Clark of Sault Ste, Michael Phillips (Sue) of Stevens Point, Carol Buckley (Bill) of Butler, OH and Diana Phillips of Augusta, WI; and his brother Fred Phillips (Mary). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
