She was predeceased by: her father Robert Hoffman; and her son Daniel Mansavage. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Hoffman; her son Ronald Mansavage; and her sister Carol Hoffman. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
