She was predeceased by: her parent Carl Kozlowski. She is survived by: her parent Agatha Kozlowski (Blenker); her husband Marvin; her sons, Barbara Denison (Michael) of Jacksonville, FL, Randy and Russel; her grandchildren, Nicholas Keen, Samuel Keen and Reese Keen; and her brothers, Robert Kozlowski (Nancy), Ronald Kozlowski (Connie) and Melvin Kozlowski. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
