She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Weaver Sr.; her parents, Donald Weir and Mary Weir; her sister Kathleen; and her grandson Michael.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Jr. (Robin Smith-Weaver) of Ettrick, WI, Nick (Mary) of Nerstrand, MN, Laura Donovan (Dennis) of Naples, FL and Lynda Wachowiak (Matt) of Stevens Point; her grandchildren, Brandon, Nathan (Dana), Spencer (Christy), Dylan (Sarah), Rozanna, Strauther, Isaac, Samantha (Josh), Max, Lila, Amy (Ian), Alex, Adam and Nick; and her brother Don Weir (Connie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael's Foundation, for the Janice and Robert Weaver Memorial Scholarship Fund.
