He is survived by: his wife Polka; his daughter Cindy Milkowski (Mark) of Stevens Point; his grandsons, Joe Milkowski of Wausau and Jim Milkowski (Ashley Pinkert) of Wausau; and his great grandchild Penelope "Poppy". He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
