She was predeceased by: her parents, John Grzywacz and Susan Grzywacz (Glodowski); her husband David E. Kruzitski; and her siblings, Janet Check, Doris Bondar, Teri Gruba and Jim Grzywacz.
She is survived by: her children, Corey Kruzitski and Tracey Koziczkowski (Kyle); her grandsons, Josh Koziczkowski (Stevens Point) and Brett Koziczkowski (Sarah) of Forney, TX; and her sister El Wiltzius (John).
