She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Przybylski; her parents, Mary Rogoski and Joseph Rogoski; her siblings, Clement Rogoski (Helen), Helen Zagzebski (Humphrey), Susan Adams (Stanley), Martha Knutson (Louis), Evelyn Staniforth (Morris), Theresa Pfiffner (George) and Marion Olski (Robert); and her son-in-law Bill Klismith.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Check (Russ), John Przybylski (Colleen) and Thomas Przybylski (Deborah); her grandchildren, Joe Klismith, Jason Klismith (Beth), Molly Przybylski (Clint Jennings), Sarah Przybylski, LeeAnn Przybylski and Lindsey Przybylski; her great grandchildren, Kylie Klismith, Kaitlyn Klismith, Abigail Klismith and Breanne Klismith; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Olski and Donald Prebs (Patricia). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, a memorial in Leone's name will be established at a later date.
