She was predeceased by: her grandfather Ricky D. Hoffman. She is survived by: her parents, Jeffrey Hoffman and Valerie Hoffman (Olszewski); her grandparents, David Olszewski, LuAnn Olszewski and Melanie Hoffman (Mark Pliska); and also, Aunts, Uncles, Veronica Olszewski (Don Wagner), Victoria, Michael Olszewski (Brittney Keuntjes) and Wendy Budsberg (Nate). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
