She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhold Feickert and Hildegard Feickert; her husband Roger Hackler; her brother Ronald Feickert; and her siblings-in-law, Darlys Feickert, Thomas and David Hackler.

She is survived by: her children, Roland of Naperville, Madeleine and Roger of Stevens Point; and her brother Milo Hirning of Aberdeen.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials in Lucynda's name be made to the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County Foster Grandparent Program.
