She was predeceased by: her brother Raymond "Bud" Peabody. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Peabody (Dehlinger); her husband Myron "Mike" Higgins; her children, Michael Higgins (Josie), Mark Higgins (Marie), Chris Keel (Jeff), Patricia Higgins (Brian Mansfield) and Tim Higgins (Mary); her grandchildren, Shelly, Dan, Amy, Joel, Kristopher, Mellissa, James, Lacey, Joe, Brian, Eric, Andrew and Stephanie; her great grandchildren, Cesily, Aiden, Ellisa, Alivia, Lukas, Alexis, Millie, Carter, Emma, Evelyn and Chevelle; and her sisters, Rita Krochalk, Dorothy Jankowski (Robert), Judy Nauert and Janet Rienzi.
A memorial in lieu of flowers will be established in her name for the Diabetes Assn.
