We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2019, at the age of 94, Nick Check (Stevens Point, Wisconsin), born in Sharon, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Check and Regina Check (Omernik); his wife Celia Mazoch; his children, Juanita and Bill; his son-in-law Richard; and his siblings, Thomas, Joseph, Henry, Bernard, Veronica, Josephine, Theresa, Elizabeth and Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Check of Carrollton, TX, Gene Check (Amherst Junction) and Terence Check (Andrea Shaker); his grandchildren, Jason, Dan, Iris and Luka; his great grandchildren, Madeline, Lydia, Gwen and Kiera; and his siblings, Grace (Pliska), Andy and Wally.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his name for Meals on Wheels of Stevens Point.
