He is survived by: his former spouse Dee Smith; his siblings, Maxine Mayek (James) of Stevens Point and Ronald Zakrzewski (Jane) of Wisconsin Rapids; his nieces and nephews, Mary, Ann, Tim and Thomas; and his stepchildren, James, Leslie and Jeffery. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A private Mass of Christian Burial, because of the COVID-19 virus, took place at Holy Spirit Parish with Rev. Steven J. Brice presiding.
