She was predeceased by: her parents, Florian Wanta and Benjamina Wanta (Gagas); her grandson Trevor; and her siblings, Tony Wanta and Leone Wiernik.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Kostuchowski; her daughters, Lynn Nazami (Muhammad) of Stevens Point and LeAnn Peterson (Dean) of Waupaca; her grandchildren, Ryan McKee, Jessica Stogner, Tyler, Jeremy, Allison Haas, Rochelle and Noah Nazami; her great grandchildren, Alaunna Stogner and Quinn Haas; her siblings, Linda Piesik (Joe), Mary King (Bob) of Stevens Point, Joe Wanta (Carol) of Stevens Point and Dave Wanta (Marlene) of Stevens Point; and her siblings-in-law, Pat Wanta of Stevens Point and Donald Wiernik of Whiting.
