He was predeceased by: his parents, Ingaborg Starr (Jensen) and Joseph Starr; his son Norman; and his grandson Nathan. He is survived by: his wife Justine "Sandy" Sankey (Rectory); his children, Joel Starr (Sue), James Starr (Carol) and Janice Koplitz (Ralph); his grandchildren, Steve, Jenna, Nick, Michael, Noah, Dan, Kris, Emily, Shane, Chelsea, Alicia, Jesse, Lorena, Jessie-Rae and Pops; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
