He was predeceased by: his wife June. He is survived by: his children, Scott Manthe of Yucca, AZ, Lance Manthe (Mary) of Arvada, CO and Ramona Gilbert (Skip Myers) of Stevens Point; his grandchildren, Naul Manthe (Tanna Rae), Mathew Manthe, Maxwell Morey and Evan Morey; his great grandchildren, Miles, Mae, Margaux and Mack; and his brothers, Donald Manthe (Vivian) and Robert Manthe (Kip).

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the "Manthe Memorial Concert Fund".
