He is survived by: his parents, Joshua Murray and Brenda Murray; his brothers, Simon and Solomon; and his grandparents, Ward Wolff, Ramona Wolff of Stevens Point, Peggy Murray of Rockford, IL, Greg Koerber and Mary Murray. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Samuel's name to The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Madison, WI.
