He is survived by: his wife LuAnn "Peach" of Stevens Point; his daughter Ashley Coulthurst of Stevens Point; his granddaughter Lily; his daughter Nikki Johndro (Ryan) of Amherst Junction; his father Richard of Almond; his stepdaughter Nicole Simonis of Stevens Point; his siblings, Jeff Coulthurst (Kim) of Green Bay and Kathy Hanneman (Rowdy) of Kellner; and his mother-in-law Dolores Deuel. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
