It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Constance Gerstner Miller (Stoughton, Wisconsin), born in Stanford, Kentucky, who passed away on July 30, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Utter and Donna Utter (Krueger); her brother David Utter; and her husband Fred Miller. She is survived by: her daughter Geri Hart (Blake); her grandchildren, Aubrey Hart (Christopher Koenigsknecht) and Kade Hart; her sister Lynne Rutkowski (Ronald); Laura Wickham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be gifted in Connie's name to The Golden Retriever Foundation-Golden Retriever Club of America and Brighton Hospice.
