It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edwin Owen Kinnunen (Stoughton, Wisconsin), who passed away on September 28, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his friend Helen Fossen; his wife Shirley; his son Daniel Scott Kinnunen; and his siblings, Leonard, Carl, Raymond, Donald, Gertrude and Melba.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Jane Wood (Richard) of West Plains, MO., Linda Lea Richardson (Barry) of Grass Range, MT., David Andrew Kinnunen (Robin) of Poynette and Sarah Marie Gendron (Howard); his grandchildren, Alina, Amanda Rose, Kate and Alex; his siblings, Richard Kinnunen, Wilma Tucker (Jim) of Waynesville, MO., Elaine Worman (Don) of Laurel, MD and Katherine Sandman of Wisconsin Rapids; and his friend Earl Fossen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the church on Sat. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Covenant Lutheran Church, or the Stoughton Area Senior Center.
