He is survived by: his wife Karen Frydenlund; his children, David Bouzek (Barbie) and DeeDee Bouzek; his grandchildren, Sophie of Stoughton and Silas Bouzek of Stoughton; his siblings, Judy Chunat of Wauzeka, Pat Labonne (Jim) of Prairie, Mike Bouzek of Prairie, Chien and Peter Bouzek of Florida; his siblings-in-law, Eric Frydenlund (Betty) of Prairie and Jane of Roussan; and his pet Cocoa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
