He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Howard and Annie Howard; his wife Marjorie; his siblings, Clifford Howard and Hattie Johnston; and his son-in-law Robert Manville.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Fritz (Roger) of Minneapolis, MN and David Howard (Ellen) of Denver, CO; his granddaughters, Christina (Nick), Caitlin (Eric), Allison (Adam) and Elizabeth (Justin); his great grandchildren, Audrey, Jackson, Victoria, Cal, Colin, Jett and Nolan; and his friend Sylvia Jordan. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
