He is survived by: his wife Janice Holthaus of Colesburg, IA; his children, Glenn and Laura (Brett Myers); his grandchildren, Kennedy Myers and Jackson Myers; his sister-in-law Betty Witzel; and his sibling's children, David Witzel, Erich Witzel (Melissa), Blair Witzel (Heidi) and Christi Hagberg (Dave).
