She is survived by: her mother Linda Hack (Skau); her husband Thomas Churchill; her daughter Tessa Rayfield (Mitchel); her sister Mari Hack; her mother-in-law Arlene Churchill; her sisters-in-law, Teri Ruhland (Dave) and Tammy Churchill; Holly Miller. She is also survived by many uncles, cousins, nieces and friends.
