With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pauline M. Fields (Stoughton, Wisconsin), who passed away on July 6, 2018 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pond and Irene Pond (Nelson); her husband James; her son Dale; and her siblings, George Pond, Chris Pond, Merill Pond, Neva, Irene, LaVern and Florence.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Lynn Johnson (Randy), Denise Green, Gary Fields (Julie) and Larry Fields. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
