He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Kari Tuecke (Craig), Kevin Entwistle (Wendy) and Kristian Entwistle (Gina); his grandchildren, Kalib and Elisabeth; and his sister Susie Walls. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
