He was predeceased by: his parents, Oreste Noel and Estela Guste. He is survived by: his spouse Jislene Noel of Stoughton; his children, Jean Robert (Lasner) of France and Eunide Noel Charles (Fequiere); his brother Clerier Noel of Haiti; and his grandchildren, Jonathon, Jeremiah, Stanley, Rubens, Lilly and Clemence.
