He is survived by: his mother Virginia "Ginny" Hanson; his siblings, Lynn Hanson-McAllister (Bob), Garry Hanson (Mary Beth), Steve Hanson (Beth) and David Hanson (Kris); his nephews, Tylor Hanson (Chelsea), Corey Hanson (Isabelle), Max McAllister, Rob Heibel and Dan Heibel (Meredith); and his cousin Dale Hanson (Diane).
