Prochaska; her children, Susan Hardie (Bradford), Karen Galvin (Gary), Rick Prochaska (Peggy) and Nancy Prochaska-Krantz (Wayne); her grandchildren, Christopher, Matt, Katie (Eric), Taylor, Madison, Jordan, Emily, Gregory, Nicholas and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Luke and Ethan.
