She is survived by: her mother Jewel "Jo" Goodwin; her former husband Jim Phelan of Madison; her daughters, Kristin Phelan and Jessica Phelan; her siblings, Rochelle "Shelly" Cherek (Walter), Marie Brugge (Russ), Lora Adams (Mike), Lyle Qualls (Solita) and Geoff Quals; and her grandchildren, Mitchell Blakely, Olivia Frye and Jeweliana "Jewel" Lukasik. She is also survived by extended family; and many friends.
