He is survived by: his wife Shirley Skinner (Offerdahl); his children, Bill Skinner III (Sue), Sherrie Hensel (Carey), Cathie Cunningham (Jeff) and Kerrie Kittleson (Craig); and his sisters, Charlotte Thiel, Donna Cohan and Florence Simonson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
