He is survived by : his sister Janet O'Kane (Jerry) of Madison; his nieces and nephews, Walter, Debra, Tina (Darin), Chad, Jason and Jody; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shawn, Taralee and Skylar; and his sister-in-law Kathy Bach.
