She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Toppe and Florence Toppe (English); her sister Gloria Seaquist; her brother-in-law David Cain; her brothers, Paul Toppe (Jeanine Eggert) and John Toppe; her son Ricky; Tom LaLuzerne, Gary LaLuzerne (Susan LaLuzerne) and Elaine DeKeyser (Larry).
She is survived by: her husband Darrel; her children, Cindy Watson (Christopher) and Joe LaLuzerne (Anna Maria); her grandchildren, Grace Grittner (Luke), Elizabeth Namkung (Daniel), Isaac LaLuzerne and Olivia LaLuzerne; her great grandchildren, Otto, Archie Grittner and Tobi Namkung; her sister Catherine Cain of Grand Rapids, MI; and her siblings-in-law, Elaine LaLuzerne (Green Bay), Linda Meeuwsen (Al Sprague) of Oneida and Dale Seaquist (Kristen). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forbes Funeral Home (319 W Spruce St, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235).
