He was predeceased by : his parents, Mildred Haarsma (Welfel) and Gary Haarsma; his sister-in-law Betty Lindstrom; and his nephews, Jeff and Jason Bassinger.
He is survived by : his wife Lilah Miller; his children, Curt, Kevan Haarsma, Lee Callewaert (Jane) and Sabina Gaudoin; his sisters, Judy Bassinger (Jerry) and Kriss Larsen (Jim); his sister-in-law Bonnie Nutter; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Shae, Max, Chase Callewaert, Ryan, Justin Gaudoin, Ty Haarsma and Mia Haarsma; his nieces, Jodi Douglass (David), Jill Bassinger, Tiffany Quaranta (Alfred) and Tracy Ridolfi (Rock); and his close friends, John Hanson, Dan, Jodi Chaudoir, Todd Cater, Brad Burmingham, Mark Macabe, Scott, Mary Fruechtl and Sally Henry.
