It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Walther of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 23, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George K. Walther and Susanna Walther (Tansing); his former life partner Patsy; his sisters, Hazel Laubenstein (Myron), Helen Buechner (J. B.) and Georgette "Babe" Johnson (Royce); and his parents-in-law, Joyce, John Schack and Merle Eckman.

He is survived by : his mother-in-law Patsy Wolske; his son Karl (Sandy); his grandchildren, Nathan (Heather), Amanda Ofstie (Josh), Christopher (Katie) and Alyssa; his daughter Lynn Lorenson; his grandchildren, Dellin and Isaac (Jessica Calliari); his son Barry; his mother-in-law Elizabeth Boettcher; his children, Lauren, Tristan, Salamnesh, Tina and John; and his brother-in-law Russell Eckman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

All visitors are required to wear face masks, and social distancing measures will be implemented during the visitation.
