He was predeceased by : his parents, Grant Church and Bessie Church; and his grandson Justin. He is survived by : his wife Mary Louise Bucholtz; his children, Pam Hagemann (Al) and Scott Church (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Heather Biggs, Stephanie Revak and Kyle Church; and his siblings, Bonnie Rozelle and Bruce Church (Bev). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
