He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Phillips and Gertrude Phillips (Johnson); his sister Kristina Napiorkowski (Alexander) of La Crescent, Minn.; his uncle Olof Johnson (Caran) of Moline, IL; and his sibling's children, Amelia, Ingrid Napiorkowski and Ian Napiorkowski.
In light of COVID, a party for John's life will be held at a later date.
