With heavy hearts, we announce the death of June A. Chadwick (Sun Prairie, Wisconsin), who passed away on June 17, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John V. Legat and Gwendolyn Legat (Sundberg); and her grandsons, Terrence Chadwick and Gabriel Soliman. She is survived by: her husband Richard Chadwick; her daughters, Rebecca Chadwick, Heather Chadwick, Sarah (Chadwick) and Soliman (Ahmed Soliman); her grandchildren, Shaun, Tyree, Ahmed, Zoe, Abdullah, Gannah, Aly and Adam; and her great grandchildren, Kendall, Lorielle and Terrence.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Burke Lutheran Church (5720 Portage Rd, Madison, WI 53718).
