He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Kotter (Clark) and Alex Kotter; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Vivian Plunkett. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Plunkett; his children, Tim Kotter (Melodee Meyers) and Tami Susens (Michael); his grandson Cody; his brother-in-law Bob Plunkett; and his nephews, Brian, Mike, Pat, Bob and Greg. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
