He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sr. Haugen and Virginia Haugen (Din) of Superior, WI.. He is survived by: his brother Walter Haugen (Sara) of Foxboro, WI; his significant other Kathy Kindel of Superior, WI; and his nephew Owen Haugen. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, and nieces.
