She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Wiggins and Sherle Wiggins (Brown); her siblings, Jerry, Buzz, John "Johnny" Dowd and Janie Carlson; her grandparents, Eudora, Lloyd Brown, Sam Wiggins and Rose Drowillard; her aunts and uncles, Janet Fae Brown, Jamesetta Dowd, Marge Dowd-Levendowski, Bonnie Cooper, James Dowd Sr. (Harriet) and Jerry Brown; and her nephew Jeremy Wiggins.
She is survived by: her stepfather Jack Dowd; her husband Tim Gotelaere of Duluth, MN; her sons, Timothy D. Gotelaere Jr. and Bradley Gotelaere (Wendy); and her brothers, Bruce "Binky" Brown (Rose Ann) of Superior, WI, Jim Dowd and Scott Dowd (Kelly). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and several grand nieces and nephews, and great-grand nieces and nephews.
