He was predeceased by: his parents, Einer Kallberg and Lela Kallberg (Mc Enelly); and his brothers, Roger, James and Duane Kallberg.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Elaine Tingstad; his children, Donald Samuel Kallberg (Beth) of Netherlands, Susan Moore-Johnson (Brad) of Savage, MN, Daniel Kallberg of Lake Nebagamon, WI, David Kallberg (Bonnie) of Superior, WI, Joel Kallberg (Esther) of Gilbert, MN and Judy Kallberg-Pitcher (Darryl) of Milwaukee, WI; and his siblings, Joanne Carlson, Janis Goude, Chuck, Daniel, Gene, Mark and Clint Kallberg. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren.
