He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Labey and Dorothy Labey (Gasbauer). He is survived by: his sibling Ports Testing; his sons, Benjamin of Superior, WI, Phil Labey of Superior, WI and Eddie Charnley of Saginaw, MN; and his brother Eugene "Bud" Labey of Hastings, MN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
