She was predeceased by: her former husband LeRoy C. Berg, Sr.; her parents, Harold Flayton and Lillian Flayton; her daughter Lorraine Cummings; her brother Ted Flayton; and her siblings-in-law, Diane Flayton and Richard Felien.
She is survived by: her husband Leroy; and her children, Leroy 'Skip' Berg Jr. (Jackie) of Superior, Larry Berg (Susan) of Missouri, Harold 'Harry Berg of Eau Claire, Sandra Skustad of Superior, Leslie Berg of Texas and Janis Davis (Eddie Joe) of Texas. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
