He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Iver Hoven and Josie Hoven (Kirkvold); and his children, LaVail Anderson (Verle), Jennifer Harrison (Dan), David Hoven (Kari) and Robert Hoven. He was also cherished by several grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
