He is survived by: his children, Lisa Ryan of Phoenix, AZ, Laurie Karpinen (Steven Clark) of Skandia, MI, Bonnie Daniels (Patrick Daniels) of Tucson, AZ, Cathy Maatta and Michael Maatta of Butte, MT; and his siblings, Sharon Moilanen and James Karpinen of Calumet, MI. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
