He is survived by: his wife Kay; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Nikstad (Dick), RaeAnn Anderson (Mike Edwards), Butch Madsen (Kathy) of Rice Lake, WI, Roy Madsen and Norman Madsen (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
