He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hulter and Polly Hulter (Chaffey); and his wife Jean. He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Hulter of Superior and Susan Howard (Mark) of Gordon, WI; his grandchildren, Leo Orsoni of Superior, Margaret of Gordon, WI and Elizabeth Howard of Gordon, WI; and his siblings, Kathy McDonald, Gerry of Superior and Jack Hulter of Superior. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
