We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2020, at the age of 83, Janice M. Acosta of Superior, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Florence Sohlstrom (Bolin) and Einar Sohlstrom; her brothers, Duane and Dennis Sohlstrom; and her former life partner Jack 'John Carlson.

She is survived by : her children, Jeffrey Carlson (Terri) of Hawthorne and Jacquelyn Marzan (Joe) of Las Vegas; her grandchildren, Jeremy Carlson (Amber) of St. Petersburg, FL, Matt Wicklund (Sierra) of Las Vegas, Katelynn Polak (Kevin) of Wenatchee, WA, Allysa Wicklund (Alvin) of Las Vegas, Janae Marzan of Las Vegas, Joey Marzan of Las Vegas and Jedi Marzan of Las Vegas; and her sister Shirley Ellison of Tower, MN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
