She was predeceased by: her parents, Corey Mathiassen and Jean Mathiassen; and her sister Sarah Mathiassen. She is survived by: her husband Richard Larsen of Superior; her children, Steven Larsen of Superior, Michael Larsen of Superior, Lindsy Groskreutz of Superior and Matthew Larsen of Oklahoma; her daughter-in-law Jennette Parker of Superior; her siblings, Andrew Mathiassen (Kristi) of Superior and Mary Hunter (Dan) of Minneapolis; and her niece Sherri Ludwig (Dave). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Belgian Club (3931 E 2nd St, Superior, WI 54880).
